Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation of your order, usually within 24 hours. Prescription Orders can take up to 10 – 14 business days or 3 business weeks to complete. You will receive an email with your UPS tracking# once your glasses have shipped. Please contact us if you do not receive either email timely.
