Prescription safety glasses come in a variety of different shapes and styles, and each is best suited to a specific function. What are the best safety glasses for carpentry.
In carpentry, the eye hazards you have to deal with the most are sawdust, objects being propelled toward your face (such as pieces flying off of a piece of wood on a table saw), and sweat in your eyes during dangerous operations. Many people use goggles that fit over regular glasses and only wear them while operating machinery, but there are problems with this.
Safety is important, and prescription safety glasses increase the likelihood that you’ll wear safety glasses around the shop and on the job at all times. This ensures that your eyes are as safe as possible, and you will be more comfortable without the goggles.
